RevGen Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirk Mielenz as CEO and Jason Hansen as President effective October 1, 2017. Founding CEO Michael Turner will transition to Chairman of the Board.
“The increasing leadership Kirk and Jason have exhibited over the past several years demonstrates without question that the firm is well-positioned for future success and they are the right leaders to take RevGen to the next level. We founded the firm with the underlying principle to make a positive different in the lives of everyone we touch. It is humbling to watch them carry that torch forward,” said Michael Turner.
As co-founders of the firm, Kirk and Jason have worked alongside Michael in growing RevGen to be the largest Colorado-headquartered business and technology consulting firm. Since its founding in 2008, the firm was recognized by Inc. Magazine four years in a row as one the fastest-growing private companies in the US and by the Denver Post as a top workplace for the past four years. The firm’s commitment to their clients’ success is proven out by their 90%+ client re-engagement rate.
Kirk’s consulting career spans more than 20 years with Hitachi Consulting and Andersen Business Consulting prior to co-founding RevGen. He earned a bachelor degree in international business and finance from Regis University; and an MBA and a JD from The American University.
“I couldn’t be more excited for the future of RevGen. Our team has established a strong foundation rooted in shared values from which we can grow in scale and impact,” said Kirk Mielenz.
Jason brings almost 20 years of consulting experience with Andersen Business Consulting, Protivity and Hitachi Consulting before co-founding RevGen. He earned his bachelor and master degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University.
“At heart, we are a business to help others – our clients, their employees and their customers, our employees and our community. I am excited for the opportunity to further grow our team and our impact,” said Jason Hansen.
