RevGen Partners is excited to announce the promotions of Cara Athmann to vice president, delivery; Emily Sims, vice president, people; Robert Sunker, executive vice president; and Chrissy Winkler, vice president, client services.

Cara Athmann, VP of Delivery
Cara’s career has centered around delivering technology solutions to solve business problems. Prior to joining RevGen in 2010, she had a blend of consulting experiences and was an IT program manager for AIMCO. Cara graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor degree in physics and a minor in mathematical statistics.

Emily Sims, VP of People
Emily has spent the past 20 years focused on recruiting, developing and retaining top consulting talent for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Hitachi Consulting, and RevGen Partners. Emily holds a bachelor degree in business from The University of Kansas.

Robert Sunker, Executive VP
Robert has been part of RevGen since its inception. He has played a variety of roles contributing significantly to the growth of the firm. Robert holds chemistry and biology degrees from Houston Baptist University and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
“It is a privilege to be part of a growing firm guided by values, focused on client success, and full of wonderful people that care as much about the journey as the outcome. I am so excited for the opportunity to help RevGen focus on the solutions and innovations that will help our clients evolve and transform for years to come,” said Robert, EVP Offerings and Solutions.
Chrissy Winkler, VP of Client Services
Chrissy’s career includes over 20 years in consulting with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), PwC, and North Highland prior to joining RevGen two years ago. Chrissy holds a bachelor degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.
“I’m so proud to be part of this growing and thriving firm which has an unprecedented commitment to clients, employees and community. I look forward to expanding our contribution in the Colorado community and exploring new and innovative ways to support our clients,” said Chrissy, VP Client Services.
